Felix shows that #microglia shape #glioblastoma invasion at the far infiltration zone. Using in vivo #3photon #imaging, he finds dynamic microglial responses, and shows that microglial manipulation reduces GB migration and limits #tumormicrotube #plasticity.

@MaFu55 #CX3CR1 deficiency enhances microglial reactivity while limiting GB cell migration, and CSF1R inhibition also constrains #tumor microtube #plasticity. Together, the data place #microglia directly in the control of #glioblastoma invasion dynamics.
