Mark HPicked up The Girl With All The Gifts by M.R. Carey a little while back on a whim, not knowing anything about the author or the book, and not knowing that it had been made into a movie too. Started reading it a couple of days ago and oh yes, it's absolutely captivating. Not the sort of genre I normally read, but the writing is so good, so fresh it's almost a genre all of its own anyway. I'll have to hunt the film down after I read it.
