Wednesday has been a busy little day so far - as witnessed by the fact that I started writing this around 08:30 & am just tooting it now!
The sun was out this morning but it hid away around mid morning & hasn’t bothered reappearing!
I’m all done now so can relax for the remainder of the day!

Glad I'm not the only one running late. I've had a weirdly productive day but I'm not intending to make a habit of it.
I was thinking today about the '70s BBC series #Doomwatch, and wondering if anyone else here attributes their fears for the planet to Kit Pedlar, Simon Oates and co.

The one I vividly remember turns out to have been the very first episode, when all the plastic on a plane began to melt and drip from around the windows in mid-air. 13-year-old me was a bit worried by that!

Pretty sure we would have watched it in black and white on our 14" Murphy.
Coincidentally, a 14" Murphy was apparently the objective of my mother's ultimately disappointing trip to Dublin...
