2–4 poses per class with holds of 20–45 min per posture targeting connective tissue adaptation and mental resilience, breath regulation under stress, proprioceptive awareness in stillness, psychological endurance through deliberate discomfort.
This style has helped me as an endurance athlete and was key to develop patience, my superpower as a parent.
