Bad day to release something, but iPhanpy 1.5.4 is out now on the App Store and @altstore ! It brings:

- All the latest Phanpy updates;
- Tapping on the status bar will now scroll the feed to the top;
- Support local-hosted instances (will ask for Local Network permission if needed);

The latest Phanpy updates include:
- Timeline access controls
- New shortcut: "Profile"
- "Only followings" filter for Mentions
- And, of course, bug fixes!

@fantinel @altstore I use Phanpy as a webapp on iOS (as well as Gnome and Windows), am I missing something?

@om not at all! The iOS version primarily offers better performance and has a few less glitches (because web apps are held back a bit in iOS), but there’s nothing exclusive to iPhanpy. I just find using it a bit better :)

The tradeoff is that it doesn’t support push notifications, though.

@fantinel cool, thanks. I miss something like a back button in Phanpy, since the navigation controls are hidden in the webapp (there is this slide from the edge of screen but it is somewhat awkward unlike on SFOS)
