The spring and autumn seasons are the coldest in the house, as I don't always keep the woodstove going.
Cooler temperatures seem to aggravate the feline hyperesthesia Ember lives with, so a sunny window is always a good place to spend an afternoon.
To help with that, I've begun putting a hot water bottle, within a folded pillowcase, for her to lie on - which she gets quite excited about. 🥰
