I think I'm all challenged out, and I haven't participated in many of them for a while. Any show with #JangHyuk being Jang Hyuk is particularly marvellous! I was hoping that this show would focus even more on the linguistics, but we certainly got an idea of what a nerd King Sejong was!

Nya@ronsboy67 I'm not into historicals either. But I liked Tree with deep roots too.
And I really liked the political aspect of the show. Besides the all conspiracy thing, it's not a battle for power of individuals, it's a real struggle between ideologies, and over what popular education could change.

Jenni S@ronsboy67 I love historicals the best, including that one. Fave is Jumong (2006), which is 82 episodes long & you would no doubt hate with a fiery passion. 😆
