2/n…any location could share data across platforms and synchronize observations for all times and places. Scaling for this type of network is essentially effortless -it can grow quickly.
The scaling is important if we are to understand what we are seeing.We are just beginning to understand reality of UAP/ NHI presence that turns into contact requires infrastructure and policy that has to be built.The UAP committee has yet to broach that subject in the Congressional setting.It’s not too soon
