ClaudioM@chiefgyk3d This right here. I had applied for a job over a month ago and still not a peep from them. My wife and I were looking to move to the area where I applied because of an opportunity for us regarding housing, but we had to turn it down because of the lack of response. At this point, if they ever do get back to me and decide they want me for the job, they're in for a surprise because I've decided to just stick it out where I'm at.

jeff@claudiom @chiefgyk3d its all a joke. sometimes they get back to you with an offer and its trash, or awful benefits. applied for one sales role that offered "extremely competitive" bonuses. during the interview they told me its capped at $1500 USD/mo LOL. I told them that it didnt even make sense for me to continue and they should be a bit more honest with the job posting.

publiusI inquired about a job posting I saw for a maintenance technician at a radio and TV station. The details made it clear they were looking to hire a design and installation engineer (which I would not be qualified for) and pay for a maintenance tech.
