#Heliboard is gathering gesture typing data, so that we can implement a #FOSS alternative to the closed gesture typing library Heliboard currently relies on. The data we collect will be released under the CC BY-SA 4.0

I also made a video including details & instructions.

Boosts Please! The greater the diversity of people & languages in the data, the better we can test for correctness.

@theeclecticdyslexic I'm not sure if you are the right person to talk to: but all the jobs / person I saw in German language were all "male".
non of this word had the German "-in" at the end to show this a female version.
@joergi I will pass this on! That seems pretty important! Helium speaks German, so when I talk to them about it, they will understand I'm sure.
@theeclecticdyslexic I will check it more, maybe that was just coincidence, because I guess they have a word book, where this should be in...
I will try longer, let's see

@theeclecticdyslexic I added more.
I had twice some female version but the majority is male..

so yeah, maybe good to add more female versions too!

Thanks for telling them

@joergi it's likely that the female versions have lower frequency in the word list! Is German like French in that even one man in a group of women changes the gender of the word to male? That would likely explain that.

I'll see what we can do about it. It will *probably* be okay. But it might be a good opportunity to revisit the frequency labels on the word lists! I know they are not quite right in the English dictionaries.
