(asking because so many recipes specify different temperatures for non fan, but I don't think I've ever even seen one)

@Farbs I technically don’t have an oven now but no, my last one wasn’t a convection oven.

@Farbs With my oven I have two modes: fan and non-fan. I think that's pretty standard in Germany since even cheap ovens have those and I personally haven't seen one where it's only one way or the other.

@Farbs all my three latest ovens (all electric) have had a "regular mode" a "fan mode" and a "why not both mode"
