On a cycle and again the gates are 'locked' by obfuscation on the Bavelaw estate. This happened a lot before. The bolt has been tightened so much the lock is immovable. On the second pedestrian gate they have added 2 hidden bolts to the hinge so it can't be opened! #landaccess #scotland #pentlands

@NilaJones @wav3ydave yeah. Only carry an all-in-one bike took. But yes an adjustable spanner would probably do the job.

Isn't it funny how among all the verbiage about Wildlife Estate Scotland the estate's website manages to omit the WES accreditation standard requirement for "Responsible access."
