@ClimateJenny You know, I was debating whether to post about that on #SolarPunkSunday. Also, Alpha-Gal syndrome can make one allergic to dairy as well as red meat. I could live without red meat, but dairy? Ummmm...
@DoomsdaysCW Same here. The main reason I think it’s important to be aware of Alpha-Gal is that it keeps people like me from having a false sense of security if they live in an area where the Lone Star tick is dominant. It doesn’t transmit Lyme, but it’s not benign.
