Brinc, a Seattle drone startup founded by former Thiel fellow Blake Resnick, has launched Guardian - what it calls the closest thing to a police helicopter replacement the drone industry has ever produced. The 911 response drone reaches 60mph with 62-minute flight time, thermal and 4K cameras with zoom, and built-in Starlink for unlimited range. Its automated charging station can also dispense defibrillators and Narcan.
