Does anyone know what's up with the affordable CFExpress Type-B cards, what's the catch?

They all seem to be PCIe 3.0 (CFExpress 2.0), offer sustained 1GB/s speeds at 1TB or above and are €200/TB or even less. (Which is at least 50% cheaper than competitors)

I got this one from Netac yesterday, and it seems to check out. (Write speed limited by my 10Gbps USB-C adapter)

Like... what is the reason NOT to get these, but get a 500 euro one instead with similar specs?

Is it simply reliability you're paying the price for?
