If they aren't even planing to deliver, "buying" more from them is a waste of money. Better invest in ramping up e.g. SAMP/T, and IRIS-T production, as well as Ukrainian interception drones.
The money is much better spent there, than throwing more good money after the bad one.

@ErikJonker @karppinen Because the Patriot systems for Switzerland have been delayed by several years, payment for those Patriot has been frozen since last autumn. The US Foreign Military Sales (FMS) redirected payments for the swiss F35 aquisition to cover the Patriot costs.
