Juan Francisco García Postigo of Spain won Mister World 2007 at the Crown of Beauty Theatre in Sanya, China on March 31, 2007. A total of 56 candidates competed for the title.

On March 27, 2010, Postigo crowned his successor Kamal Orlando Ibrahim of Ireland at the Songdo Convensia in Incheon, South Korea. A total of 74 candidates competed for the title.
