dlupham@taiwanquest Chiang Kai-Shek was not a good man but at least he knew it was better living in the south than in the north during winter (usually 4 to 5 degrees warmer).
@dlupham Good call! I love Kaohsiung in the winter.
@taiwanquest I try to spend as much of my time in Tainan any time of the year. Warmer in winter and a couple of degrees cooler in summer. If I didn't have to be in Taipei for business and family reasons I would be in Tainan year round.
