Coolock Village's Water Pressure Problem Is a Fire Safety Risk

Coolock Village and the surrounding areas have had dangerously low water pressure for over 40 years. Firefighters have already been forced to call in water tankers. Now a 6-storey apartment complex is opening on the same network, and nobody will confirm it is safe.
