Humpty was creepy as shit. Nicola Wright gave a helluva performance as the mom. The daughters were both cutie patooties. The atmosphere was thick with dread. Beryl was a right cvnt (and I *never* use that word). I think a lot of you must just equate 'cheap' with 'poor', coz this is a goodun.
First of all, this has no connection to the story of the first movie. It's just Humpty killing more people in a brand new location. Secondly, everything takes a nosedive from the first movie. Direction, cinematography, sound, acting, dialogue, FX. Everything. Humpty isn't creepy in the least. He's rather goofy, in fact. So there's that. But I quite liked the ending, at least. I couldn't tell who the Final Girl was gonna be for once, but that's only coz there are zero likeable characters in the entire film. So yeah, a hugely disappointing step down from 'part 1' but it
