Did you know? The 'Amber' is responsible for scandoubling and flicker fixing the Amiga's native display (~15.5Khz) to ~31Khz for output to a standard PC VGA/SVGA monitor. It is only found in the #A3000 series machines such as the A3000, A3000UX, A3000T and A3500. However the same chip can also be found on a separate card called the A2320 which can be used in other models of #Amiga that have a video slot.
