chrome://flags/#vertical-tabs -> restart -> right click on tab bar -> "Move tabs to the side"

Cmd-Opt-ArrowLeft/Right is not being changed to Cmd-Opt-ArrowUp/Down when changing tabs position, but some aspects already better than Zen/Arc implementations
