@johncarlosbaez With MS you are fighting whack-a-mole with these "Dark Patterns" and "Deceptive Designs". It's never one-and-done.
"New Feature" loophole: After you have disabled something, MS introduces new feature than enables them again. Alternatively whenever they offer quick "Finish Settings" they set options again if you press Accept instead of going trough them one by one. Also update settings for something not-related.
