Heute ist wieder so ein Tag, an dem ich nur einen Bruchteil der FV-Posts in meiner Pixelfed-Timeline sehe. 😤 Und das bei dem schönen Thema! Na ja. Hier sind noch ein paar wortwörtlich eingerahmte Bilder im Twede's Cafe, das Twin-Peaks-Fans vielleicht als Double R Diner kennen. (Ich nicht, ich wurde nur mitgeschleift 😅)

Today's one of those days where I'm only seeing a fraction of the FotoVorschlag posts in my Pixelfed timeline. 😤 And of course, it had to be on a day with such a wonderful theme! Never mind, here are some literally framed scenes inside Twede's Cafe, which Twin Peaks enthusiasts might recognize as the Double R Diner. (I didn't, I just tagged along 😅)

Ohhhh, okay. So that happens, then. For a few days I'd try to scroll the hashtag and there'd be 7 posts and then the "This is the end!" message. Does it happen randomly to different people? I'm so confused.

I’ve just noticed that I can’t seem to scroll all the way down a hashtag feed like #FotoVorschlag or #MagicInTheMundane — I can go down quite a bit, but it still stops after a certain number of posts, which means I can’t see a lot of the older ones, including my own. Very frustrating and I’m not sure what I can do about it. I’m sorry to be missing posts I would have liked and boosted! 🤷🏽‍♂️

I've no idea what's causing this glitch! After it happened last time, I wanted to keep an eye on it before reporting it, but the next day it seemed sorted. Now, two weeks later, it's happening again. So random! I get FV posts from people I follow, but the odd one from someone I don't follow slips through too. 🤷‍♀️ Interesting that it's not just Pixelfed, must be the fediverse playing up?! @tcgoetz @[email protected]

I guess it was something in how PF was creating DB queries. Particularly how it was combining person follows with hastag follows, but maybe not. I know that Pf drastically reduced the number of hastags you were allowed to follow last fall (from some big number down to 25). I was guessing that was due to server performance and this was all related.

I just fixed my problem with no posts from followed hastags in my home feed. I had to unfollow all of my hashtags and refollow them.

Ha, I did the same for FotoVorschlag earlier! I'm just not sure if that did the trick or if the hashtag was fine today anyway 😂 Well, I suppose it can't hurt. Fingers crossed it sticks for a while!
