ARGVMI~1.PIFThe explodey type? I was under the impression that the only other kinds of motherboard RTC/NVRAM batteries were NiCd (the leaky type) and CR2032 (the no-chargey type).
@argv_minus_one Lithium Thionyl Cholride is a nasty, nasty battery chemistry that is notorious on some motherboards - especially old Macs like the LC series.
