@ashleyyrain Hmm... This is not always the case; I have serious problems such as insomnia, panic attacks, and stress, due to my thanatophobia. And I have a stable home, and a full refrigerator thanks to my sisters in the US and Aruba. I have a stable life but a restless mind.

@danieruotakuboy i am happy to hear this and respect your perspective. if you didn’t have access to a more stable life, do you think your mental health would be affected? obviously, it’s fine if you believe things would stay the same; i just know that’s not true for everyone.

it’s all subjective as everyone’s access to resources varies, as with the severity of mental health symptoms, even for folks who share some of the same mental health disorders. really interesting stuff

@ashleyyrain Thank you for understanding.

In any case, I am not trying to dismiss the perspective of your post, but rather to expand on the fact that mental health can be affected by many different circumstances.

@danieruotakuboy oh I agree. i hope my response don’t come across as dismissive. I respect and appreciate your honesty and perspective. an open dialogue is always appreciated from me.
@danieruotakuboy @ashleyyrain no one claimed this is always the case. or even most of the time. just a lot.
@danieruotakuboy @ashleyyrain even for those for whom it does happen to resolve issues it doesn't necessarily resolve all of them. it certainly helps a lot for everyone though not to have the constant pressure and worry.
