January 2024. I'm riding a 200km brevet with my friend George, from Elefsina (near Athens) to Nemea (on the Peloponnes) and back. It's 17:00 and soon we will be riding in the dark.

But the sea next to the old national road on the coast is so beautiful … and it reminds me of childhood vacations. As I wait a moment for George to catch up, I snap some fotos.
