Train thoughts traveling Riga - London for like fifth time
* I love possibilities this brings. Riga and other train exchanges are buzzing with travelers. World feels connected which in these times is huge;
* Lithuanian, Polish, German trains are really, really good. Price performance wise they are one of the best in continent;

* Said that, alignments between services are spotty and random, there is no real proper train hopping between different services, with few exceptions;
* No night trains and no dedicated train hotels;
* Due of separated businesses discount chasing is on you, it will cost pretty penny;
* I realize I am weird one, I love chill travel by train, lot of people want to spend 2 hours max and they are ok with huge stress at airports;
* flying is way more subsidised, considering costs vs benefits;

Wishlist
* Night train Baltics - Berlin, or at least connected Baltics - Warsaw train with early Berlin train from West station;
* Normalize capsule hotel within stations;
* Unified ticket service where longer connections you take, cheaper it gets (subsidized maybe);
* More like public opinion change, but try to wean off people from cheap flights and more to access something that is reachable comfortably by train;
