I made my therapist snort.

We were doing the Adverse Childhood Experiences survey, and she was saying that we know I'll get a high total because we know that I've lived through a lot of these things.

Me:
..and I'm an overachiever.

She chuckled, then it looked like she stopped and really thought about what I said, then she snort-laughed and said "that's really funny!"
