So… up early to go see the physio when I check my messages and he’s away. Call the clinic and although he’ll be OK he was in a bit of a motorcycle accident this morning so that’s been delayed

However, I am putting the walk into civic to good use and dropped into a pharmacy for a) Annual #COVID booster b) Annual #fluvax and c) to fill an Atorvastatin script. Now waiting for the traditional 15 minutes to NOT react to the vaccines. 😂

Noting again for the record that, for me, a “severe” vaccine reaction is having a slightly sore arm the next day. And I’ve had some fairly, ah, vigorous shots in recent years…
