If you are a developer working with designers in open source projects:
What did you learn about design from them and what would you like designers would know about development?

@opensourcedesign as a developer being able watch designers iterate on a problem and see how they work and what it is that they focus on has been very valuable to me, even if I'm not working with them specifically. The insight into the process itself can be very valuable.

@opensourcedesign
What I learned from pro designers in open-source: "pro bono design" does not exists, it just means "social washing".

What I would like them to learn: the stereotype of the anti-UX dev is just a stereotype.
