"🇸🇬district #judge Soh Tze Bian, since retired, had extensively copied fr te defence’s submissions & presented them as his own findings, & #failed to consider significant aspects of te prosecution’s evidence.. Soh faced similar complaints on 2 other occasions🤦♂️.. judicial copying is unacceptable bec it gives rise to te risk of te losing party feeling tt it's not had a fair hearing"
