#Ocado's online experience for new customers is awful. I got a voucher offering 30% off a first order which should be £25 and applying the voucher only gave £5 discount.

So I'm sitting waiting for a chat op to delete my account as this is not an option in the account settings - which I believe is required by UK law.

The sham that is the #ICO are of course not enforcing consumer rights like this.
