For the #DisneyCaliforniaAdventureFoodAndWineFestival today, we had also ordered the new-this-year Chicharrón Nachos: Chicharrón, chorizo, cheese sauce, tomatoes, and salsa verde. Again, the taste & flavor were great. The plating & presentation were baffling and just plain bad. This is not the kind of dish you put in a shaker. I'm not sure the salsa verde at the bottom or the tomatoes on top would have moved at all. Having to dig through the top layer of tomatoes to try to get to the chicharrón was very difficult. Again, one of the bigger paper boats they've used for other dishes would have worked fine.
