tripleman, a šØš¦ in š©šŖ@molly0xfff Iām incredibly jealous. I must be doing something terribly wrong because the dough is so sticky I end up mangling the poor things. Going to have to find a different recipe because I love pierogi and I miss them a lot.
@tripleman pierogi dough is tough. if you have a pasta roller it makes it way more bearable, though you definitely have to flour liberally and keep the dough chilled
