I wonder how much of the pay gap increase is because US government being against DEI policies.
Because each year the companies become more imaginative in their excuses to pay less to women (like the classic hiring us below our job level, but give us the same responsibilities). So if the pay gap is increasing even with that financial engineering....
Or is it just the imminent crisis that always affect women first and most?
