I made some changes to the community and wanted to be transparent with you about them. ## Changelog * Rewritten and expanded community description * Updated banner to higher quality image with proper cropping ratio * Updated thumbnail to something hopefully more easily recognizable on smaller devices ### Unpinned Post * Unpinned sales post / Reason: Inactive for over a year. Its better to make a new individual post for visibility/engagement. * Unpinned “Made dynavap/arizer community” / Reason: Inactive for two years. Also I dont think promoting lemmy vape community fragmentation when were still so small is a good idea. * Unpinned General Discussion post / Reason: Inactive for two years. Its better to make a new individual post for visibility/engagement. ## Thumbnail & Banner Change I thought the old thumbnail was a little hard to recognize on smaller devices and it was just a generic picture of the volcano. I wanted a more recognizable simple icon that would better represent vapes without being overly specific of one kind. The icon is still of a volcano shaped vape but with removed branding, dark green border, and a hand drawn vapor cloud. If you have constructive critisism or a compelling argument for changing it back I will hear you out.
