parked here for the new few hours and starting off with an article about Chinese Indonesian artist Tan Liep Poen (1906–20??).

the other article I managed to write in this edit-a-thon. I have a soft spot for sculptors for some reason (I wrote the wiki bio for one of her former colleagues, the still-active Dolorosa Sinaga, a few years ago).
I feel like I could probably do her more justice but this isn't bad for a starter article.

I've been writing Wikipedia articles about guys from this general WWII era East Java Chinese literary circle on and off over the years, and in clicking around I was reminded of this great guy and his pseudonyms and literary method (bike around villages and take notes). The Mr Tan from the article I wrote today illustrated some of this Mr Tan's stories in literary magazines of the 30s and 40s.
