So, I got this Altera Stratix High Speed board.
It was scrap elsewhere and has been handled in unknown ways, but it looks complete.
Is it usable for anything, or should I just part it out, like I initially planned?
The device on it seems to be a Stratix II ep2s60f1030c3es and Altera's site seems to show that all Stratix II is supported on the 11.0sp1 webedition of Quartus II.
But is that actually true?
Some more images of the board in the thread below.

It has a nice small fan+heatsink combo. And if it works with 5V, it might go to one of of my aliexpress special Zynq7020 SDR boards.
The DIMM is 256mb of DDR2, but made by Infineon, when when their memory unit still existed.
Drat, the fan is 12V, not 5V.
@ftg oh its the quiet version of a 5V fan.

Good point, now I need to test if it deems to run on 5V at all.
So many of them didn't use to run below 6-7V at all.
But that fact is likely 10 - 20 years out of date.
Outside of the part number (6XX-09804-0A), some DCDC's and high speed connectors, the bottom of the board has nothing really interesting.
As I was not able to really find a manual for the board, I verified the what device it had by removing the heatsink from it.
Delightfully modern of them to have a graphene pad as the thermal interface material.
