A russian friend of mine is saying telegram isn't connecting without a VPN and the VPN is getting increasingly blocked.

How can I help them #lang_en #RUpol #censorship

@ellenor2000 well, have you tried to use telegram with tor ? Maybe tor traffic will be blocked too, but perhaps not....

@ellenor2000 They can use a proxy. It's unstable, but it's the best I've found.
