I am going to be honest I can’t remember how Pasadena delivery ended up being a key jet fuel benchmark, maybe @[email protected] or @[email protected] knows, but in the meantime jet fuel hit a record today.
Oh duh this is it. Pasadena, TX, just southeast of Houston, the starting point of the Colonial pipeline which runs all the way up the east coast. Their NC branch terminates one exit down the freeway from me here in Charlotte. The pipeline carries a ton of refined products incl Jet-A and gasoline.
