If you wanted to fight with pet insurance over a 60% increase on an annual premium for a cat you never filed claims for, which day of the week would get you the best outcome? Friday cause they don’t give a shit? Monday cause they’re in a good mood after the weekend? Etc. Asking for science. And also because I am gonna fight someone.
Spoke on the phone and they refused to budge on the 60% increase in premium even when I brought up how cost prohibitive it is year over year and how do they stay in business as a company if they let people cancel without at least offering a discount!!
The only thing they said I could do was reduce coverage. But if you reduce coverage then file a claim, you can’t increase coverage in the future. 😡
