@davew nothing it does is based on trust. it is corporate owned social media. that is intrinsically untrustworthy. (means it is impossible for it to be able to use trust.)

@davew I have respect for Toni. But I wouldn’t hold our breath that Bluesky will ever make the tech decisions we would want. They spent millions reinventing things that already existed. And it’s marginally different and subjectively better or worse. Maybe his good friend @photomatt will offer to buy it and get it out of this mess? Add RSS, ActivityPub, and let if fly?
