Hotspur🏳️🌈🇺🇦Last night I was talking to Mom and I told her about how I walked away from a friend who was very very negative and difficult to be around...they were much younger than me but carried on like a stereotypical crotchety senior, and I just couldn't take it any more.
"People need to see the glass as half full, not half empty!" said Mom.
I responded, "Or you just need to find a good way to refill it!"
She gave me a proud look, and I was proud of myself. I had just come up with that out of nowhere, and I think it was a good line.
The glass may be half full or half empty, but it's got space for something good. Figure that out.
