Android Sideloading Waiting Period
So Google will *technically* still let you install arbitrary apps on your devices...after a long, convoluted process that includes turning on developer mode, rebooting, and then *waiting 24 hours* to confirm that yes, you want to be able to install apps that haven't been signed by a Google-approved dev key. (On the plus side, you only have to do it once.)

@interesting I put my Android phone into developer mode right after I bought it over 5 years ago. Do I still have to go through this potchkey (my Nana's word for long, intricate, and complicated which she used to describe my cooking)?
