I was a hold-out for ethical reasons, and, I also see the ways that well-designed agents can serve as assistive technology to help level the playing field for people who have support needs. Some of my friends and industry collaborators aren't going to like what I have to say about genAI -- but deployed responsibly (and always seeking more ethically-trained, environmentally-conscious models) --

sankeys, instant progress dashboards based on disparate data sources that update themselves -- the visual display of information I've always designed, spent days fighting excel or another analytics package to create, and ultimately failing at ... now they're a 15 minute job in Claude Code (plus a 30 minute audit to make sure the analysis is done accurately).

What's OKR?
@notsoloud OKR = Objectives and Key Results … a tool for helping groups get aligned on the measurable change they are aiming to achieve together, not just what they’re going to do (activity to complete). The practice was popularized by John Doerr’s book “Measure What Matters,” but I’ve adapted the practice through some unique lenses: motivation science, behavior change science, and (the curveball) high performance (as in sports performance).
