Personally I would love to see Israel returned to its pre-1967 borders, with its security guaranteed by international forces, and severe economic sanctions applied if it ever tried expansionism again. #NotGoingToHappen

The corollary is an independent Palestinian state, but that wasn't even an afterthought. The point was to establish a strong European presence in the Middle East. The cop on the block who must never be found guilty, whatever they do. A continuation of the Crusades by other means. Both states should have been established at the same time in the name of natural justice.
