Kev QuirkTIL that #PocketCasts is available for Android. I always though it was iOS only, no idea why. I'm very happy with Antennapod, but I always loved PocketCasts, so might switch back.
Chris Wilson@kev Pocketcasts on Android was actually my first podcast app (aside from side loading MP3 files onto an MP3 player). I used it for a long time with a few jaunts to overcast and castro.

However it was acquires by Automattic and so it’s not the same anymore.
First thing they did was forced a gay pride icon for PocketCasts on all users and you couldn’t change it back until pride month was over.
That lack of respect for the user made me drop it instantly. That was on Android.
Now I’m back on iPhone and the Apple Podcasts app is phenomenal.
