Good morning tooters. It’s raining - a lot & steadily but not a deluge & it’s not going to last too long. It was 20c when I got up & the humidity is 94c, very high! Apparently it will get to 27c today which is fine but will seem warmer with it being so humid. The daylight is unusual outside too, the sky is full cover grey cloud & could stay that way all day. It’s the type of light that makes my lawn seem a brilliant shade of green & it actually looks pretty good, except where I mowed too low 😬.
Not much on today & I’m glad I got that swim in yesterday as it’s an indoor type of day today. I do have my remedial massage appointment this afternoon but the rain should have cleared by then. There’s a few jobs I want to sort out today. The little chest freezer is a little messy after all the things I’ve put in it recently & I think I’ll be head down in it today to tidy it up & see exactly what I have. It might be a good idea to make a list & stick it on the lid. That’ll keep me nice & cool.

Drizzly and cooler here too with grey skies. Gym done and coffee. About to do a quick shop. Few things on but not too much.

I’ve been hanging out for this massage. Last time I was there he noted that I’d been coming to see him on & off for 25yrs 😁.
The rain has eased for now. I took the time while it was raining & before my shower to scrub up some of the silt & dried debris with the outdoor broom from the last lot of rain. Looks a bit better, but still some more to go. Slow process.

@feather1952 was wondering how the process after the last lot of weather was going. Getting there bit by bit it sounds like.

Massage is the best! And a good one is a treasure. Been going to mine since i was on holiday here years ago and needed some serious TLC after the long drive. Not 25 years yet though - impressive!

I'm off with another relo to see my Aunty. Going to take her to lunch together at her fave local.

Yeah, thanks. It is a slow process & I can do it a bit at a time to tidy things up & I’m aware I shouldn’t do too much because maintenance will probably be digging things up out there.
The massage was fabulous, the back pain is gone again for now plus he found knots around my shoulders & shoulder blades that were pretty sore as well & dealt with them.

@feather1952 It's raining here in Canberra Heather. Not heavy but steady. Monty and I got our dog park time in before it started - there was just a little bit of drizzle as we were getting in the car to come home. We picked up Laura the Labrador on the way home and she and Monty have had their hour of insane running and wrestling through the house. Now they're having a lay down to recuperate. ;? )

The rain has eased to a just a drizzle here now & I think most of it is over now, unless another band appears.
How cute, Laura & Monty having a doggy play date. They would be loving it - what a great life.
