#introduction

Hello! I'm Alistair, developer of Mochi, a decentralised application platform. It's built with Go, libp2p, Starlark, and React. It ships with lots of apps such as feeds, forums, project management, CRM, and wikis. We're launching version 0.3 soon, and looking for early adopters who aren't afraid of rough edges.

Outside of coding: long-term traveller (141 countries and counting), pilot, sailor, and hiker.

Thank you, those who have checked the link. It's early days yet! I've just uploaded a very basic landing page explaining what Mochi is. Please take a look now, and let me know if you still get authentication errors.
@acunningham sounds interesting, I'll keep an eye on it. Is your data only available when your device is online? So, ideally needs high sever availability?
@happyborg It's web based, so your home server needs to be online for you to access your data. Communication between servers is queued for up to a week if the remote server is offline.

@acunningham

This is very interesting to me but the link gives access denied and says authorisation required.

@dantescanline That's very strange. I can't reproduce this at all. Did you get it on https://mochi-os.org/ itself, or some other URL in the same domain?

@acunningham @smallcircles are you sure you want that mochi-os link to ask for an account even before the user knows what it is all about?

@soapdog @acunningham

Same thought I had when checking the link. Also listing the techstack made me think I boosted an open source project. But not so sure now. 🤔 More clarity would certainly help.
